Our leadership team has extensive experience in designing, building, and running Managed Services and IT Outsourcing companies.

Robert Offley (President & CEO)

18 years of Managed IT experience:
  • President and CEO of Fusepoint Managed Services, a provider of managed IT services. Fusepoint Managed Services quickly expanded from Vancouver to a national Canadian provider with sustained 170% year-over-year growth.
  • Previous to Fusepoint, Mr. Offley was the President and CEO of PSINet Canada. Under Mr. Offley, PSINet Canada became the leading provider of Hosting services in Canada.
  • Prior to his Canadian positions, Mr. Offley held a variety of senior management roles in high growth companies in the UK and continental Europe.

Garrett Girvan (CFO)

28 years of Cable and Telecom experience:
  • COO & Director of SoftNet Systems Inc, launched cable modem business targeted at small to mid size cable operators. SoftNet Systems teamed with Nokia and Compaq to provide Wi-Fi services. Mr. Girvan performed CFO duties while raising $150M secondary offering.
  • Previous to SoftNet Systems Inc, Mr. Girvan was COO of Viacom Cable, a division of Viacom. In this role Mr. Girvan managed day-to-day operations in 8 states serving 1.4 million customers, grew revenue from $150M to over $450M and managed annual CAPEX budget of $50-$100M.

Jim Latimer (VP Client Solutions)

18 years of Application and Managed IT experience:
  • Founder, President and CEO of Fort Nocs Networks, a Toronto based Managed Services Provider that was established in 2001
  • Previous to Fort Nocs Networks, Mr. Latimer was a member of the founding management team of Cyberplex, a publicly traded application development and Internet strategy business. As Director of Operations and GM, Mr. Latimer founded the managed services division and oversaw the production organization as Cyberplex grew from a single office and one million dollars in revenue to over 7 international offices and thirty million in three years.
  • Prior to Cyberplex (and prior to the web), Mr. Latimer built and managed a technology consulting firm that assisted companies in development & construction and transportation & logistics (including Canada Post Corporation), to leverage technology systems and networks.
  • Mr. Latimer brings to CentriLogic a broad range of experience in service design and deployment; technology services management; software & system design and development; as well as a strong client-centric philosophy.

Mike Bethune (Head of Security & Technology)

15 years of security and system architecture experience:
  • Lead for Bell Canada's UNIX & Storage infrastructure, consisting of Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, IBM and EMC SAN, Netbackup and TSM.
  • Prior to Bell, Mr. Bethune headed Systems Architecture for Payment Processing Inc, with overall infrastructure, security and application responsibility.
  • Prior to this Mr. Bethune was national lead at Fusepoint Managed Services for Unix Operations and Architecture
  • Mr. Bethune's experience also encompasses Telus, BCTel, the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and Ministry of Transportation and Highways.

Dave Lyon (Head of Operations)

10 years of operational experience:
  • Data Center manager for National Hosting Provider.
  • Mr. Lyon was Project Management leader for Strategic Customers.
  • Mr. Lyon is experienced in ITIL standard operating procedures, project management, system design and implementation.
